Wait, Cruz screws over Palin by possibly becoming president and not finishing his term in the Senate? What?

By that thinking Palin screwed over the voters of Alaska by running for higher office (vice president) before finishing her term as governor. And even worse, she actually quit before ending her term as governor. So how is Cruz egotistical/uncaring and Palin not egotistical/uncaring?
