Here is the link to the Ohio Attorney General's web site: Ohio CCW Reciprocity

Pretty much all states except California, Oregon, Illinois and the Northeast.

You read that website backwards. Ohio recognizes any other state's CCW permit. You have described the other states where Ohio CCW licenses are accepted.

If you have a CCW license from any state, you can conceal carry in Ohio.

A great website for current CCW information is Handgunlaw.us

Thanks, Yo-Yo. You are right, I misread the page I linked. It does say exactly what you are saying:

Effective March 23, 2015, Ohio recognizes the concealed handgun license of any non-resident who has a valid concealed handgun license from any other state, regardless of whether Ohio has entered into a reciprocity agreement with that state.
