Do all customers get private use of Trump’s helicopter? If not, how does a customer get into that select circle I wonder? By knowing someone, perhaps?

You get that kind of treatment when they know you’re going to lose a lot of money. Go to Vegas and drop a few hundred grand a few trips and they’ll send a private jet for your third trip.

Trump gives plenty of people rides in his helicopter. In Iowa he gave all kinds of kids rides.
Don't be silly, of course not. But he does attend all of his customers' daughters' birthday parties and then invites them onto his yacht. That is standard New York and New Jersey hospitality as you well know.
