Yup you got that right, especially since it includes General George Patton. s/ I see it as the last resort, mainly out of frustration, when someone is trying not to understand what you are trying to tell them. Anyone with military service behind them know what I am driving at. Having to continually explain to people stuck on stupid, usually brings it out.
