Trump goes onto say:
"If you don't learn from the people that we're going to be putting forward, and these are all people who are handpicked by me," Trump said in the commercial.
But confronted with questions about the instructors' lack of real estate experience, Trump acknowledged "he looked at resumes and things but didn't pick the speakers" and some "slipped through the cracks." He was repeatedly pressed on one instructor CBS News told you about back in September, James Harris. Trump said he didn't know who he was and said, "I wasn't running it."

So this is the scam artist who demands of his followers a sworn pledge of allegiance that they will vote for him.

Smith was sold on the $35,000 package. He initially gave positive reviews but now says that his investment in Trump University was a net loss. Might want to read the story rather then see a head line and put your own spin on it. Seems this has more to do with sour grapes then anything else. Guess what Real Estate investing is risky. Funny how these people only started whining when their investments LOST money but were just fine with it when they were making money.

So, there were 7,000 total students and 150 of them say it was a fraud.
That’s just over 2%.
That would give credence to Trump’s 98% number.

And one is forced to wonder about the students of major universities, Ivy League and otherwise, who are now, in no uncertain terms, serfs and indentured servants because of student loans and the money spent by parents because of the college lie.

Perhaps some of the students thought that they were studying physics? Most of them seem to think that they were going to cash in on a get rich scheme.

Think about this before you persist in posting garbage like this:
"This primary is going to be over soon and we're all going to have to make a decision. No matter whether Cruz gets it or Trump, we must unite behind OUR candidate and the AMERICAN side and do all we possibly can to get him elected and send the unindicted felon and all around America-hating, liberty-hating traitor, Hillary Clinton to her well deserved next term--in jail.
I say we drop the vitriol against each other and against our leading candidates as of now. We're only serving to harden the hearts of our natural allies against us and from this point forward, the hit pieces will not change minds or votes, but will possibly feed the enemy propaganda machine."

I think Trump U was like any other business such as selling Avon... You get out of it what you put into it. My son was doing work for a woman who was selling her home. Her realtor took the Trump U classes. He said they were great and finally started to make money in the business with the information he learned.

Why didn’t CBS go after Obama like this, on grades, health records, birth, scandals of IRS, F & F, Benghazi, etc?

Well we’ll find out the outcome of this civil case in 2 - 3 years won’t we.
And I’m so glad that conservatives and Reps are so against tort-reform.

What I don't get is why Trump bothered to call this scam a "university." Obviously the "faculty" was of questionable caliber (per Trump's own admission), but other things are amiss as well. It had no physical campus, it awarded no degrees (indeed, it offered no degree plans at all); it had no accreditation, it had no research programs or facilities and no graduate or post-graduate programs. The closest thing to a curriculum it had was a list of sales pitches for even more progressive higher-priced seminars where they would supposedly get around to teaching the real techniques of making money in real estate.
In other words, out of all the things that comprise the average university, Trump "University" had none of them, other than the hefty tuition.
With all of the usual characteristics of the modern university being blatantly missing from Trump "University", one is left to wonder how he got away with calling it one, when it pretty clearly wasn't anything of the sort.
