No surprise here. Three of Japan's prime ministers commented on at least one occasion each that America's downfall could be laid at the feet of its 'minorities' and specifically mentioned negroes.
I believe that, along with America's repulsive left and 'moderates' (who stand for nothing), that foreign governments feel that Trump might just make noises like a Conservative leader and reassert America's greatness....to some degree. Obama has beaten this nation up so many times in the world's podium that it will be a difficult task.
