I am a Cruz guy but if Donald wins by even 1 delegate he should get the nod. Cruz has stated as much as well.
that is correct, but if he should NOT gain sufficient # of delegates it is perfectly fair, per the rules, to have a contested election with all that entails. It is not UNFAIR and it is not a denial of his rights in any way, for the election to be contested, should he fail to gain the proper # of delegates.
