I think the easiest thing for Admin Moderator is if you hit the "Report Abuse" link on the post. Leave a short note why you want the post removed. I've done that with near duplicates where I mangled the HTML, and where I said something I didn't want to leave hanging around here.
If you send a FRMail, you have to point to the thread and post, and I think that is "automatic" (meaning you don't have to point to it) when you punch "Report Abuse."
