My Boss has a small Retail Store in OC CA.
I’m in there one day and this old guy comes in and tells me he used to lease the space with his Business Partner. They used to sell Waterless Car Wash Solution.
He then tells me that his Business Partner was a wanna Actor that got some small parts now and then. His Partner’s Girlfriend / Wife was his Agent and she sent in on an Open Call for a Commercial. The guy didn’t get the Gig, so she calls the People and asks who they hired. It was young handsome guy.
She proceeds to tell the Producers and that they are insane hiring a young guy because nobody would believe someone that young could be “The Most Interesting Man In the World”. She got her Boyfriend / Husband the Job.
Yes, that’s the guy. Small world.
The guy told me his Friend told him he really enjoys the Job. He said, I go in, sit between two Beautiful Women and say my Lines. Then the Check shows up. LOL
