These are not just words, they actually mean something “special” as he would say. Men in the crowd yell “I love you!” Don’t know if we’ve ever heard this before in political rallies.
I’ve found that quite striking too. And Trump always thanks and appreciates those in attendance even while joking with them. I’m sure people who attend live rallies go home feeling really good about themselves and Trump.

I don’t recall that in any other candidate. They seem, more often, to have very practiced gestures — especially the Kennedy pointing-with-a-closed-fist gesture. Clinton did that one a lot.
