One high altitude EMP weapon would not destroy the entire US grid.

Anybody telling you that it would, either works for companies selling government consulting fees or is just blowing smoke.

I’ve had that argument with “experts” on this forum before. But I also had family that worked in the business.

I'm also told that much of the internet would remain intact even with a direct hit by an EMP weapon. Wasn't one of the reasons it was developed in the first place was to act as an emergency communications system just in case?

A bigger danger, of course, is just a general collapse in law and order from the feral gimmedat class.
