I also think that the only way for Cruz to get respect from Donald is to rack up as many states and delegates as possible. NC and many western states are still there.
Even NY state often has republican senate. And it aint from the upper west side..
Many can't stand Cruz because of his snide remark about N.Y. and no, the erstwhile apology only made things worse for him there.
