IMHO, IF Trump had said so about any specific person running as President, he too would have verbally stepped over the line. Trump was speaking rhetorically about no specific person. I believe that is the difference between the two statements. I am glad Beck got a look. I hope he apologizes and I hope Cruz is badgered for days to denounce Glen Beck until he does, and then is repeatedly asked why he didn’t denounce Beck sooner. Fair and Balanced, and all.
"They say I could..." referring to the press as "they" talking about his supporters
A few days ago, I thought DJT was dying from *a 1,000 paper cuts* ....all these *cuts* at him...and he continues to surge. Quite amazing this Trump movement. Amazing.
“BUT Didn’t Donald the Dictator say that he could even SHOOT someone and his poll numbers would go up???? I mean, come on....”
Nice try to compare Trumps “if I shot someone” metaphor about his supporters loyalty, to Becks “I hate Trump,STAB-STAB-STAB-STAB-STAB..... Come on now!!
He said the people said “THEY said if I shoot someone”
He never said if “I” shoot someone.
So sick of this.
Actually, the quote IN CONTEXT was "THEY say I could shoot someone on Fifth Avenue and my followers wouldn't care." He was quoting what some media huckster said, denigrating his supporters. TWO LITTLE WORDS - THEY SAY - that make a world of difference.
Grow up and knock of the bs!
Post that you are hypothetically going to shoot an unnamed person, and no one will bother you.
Then post that you will repeatedly stab and name the top presidential candidate under SS protection, and you will find out what the difference is really quick.
Did Trump threaten to shoot a presidential candidate?
Now to find out the difference why don’t you post what Beck said.
