Thank you so much for posting this and for the ping. In part II, I was very moved. Melania speaks as a very dear person and with extraordinary maturity for her age and station.

Her complete devotion to Mr. TRUMP seems very deep, and the space they allow for one another is very important for two extraordinary and gifted people.

They do really seem to "get" each other. Nobody likes divorce where kids are involved, and I was aghast at the time of his first marriage break up. But at this point the two of them seem to have a good thing going, and the older kids appear to have taken it in stride, and clearly adore their father and do not display any hostility to Melania, at least in public. He has taken responsiblility for the first two failures, saying he was not a good husband and that he worked all the time.

The first wife Ivana was very ambitious and set herself in competition with DT; that wasn't going to work. The second one Marla was a result of his inappropriate behavior as well as her own, and didn't turn out well for either; but he and his grown children have extended themselves to his daughter by Marla.

This one Melania seems to have hit the right balance with him. She values herself, wouldn't pay attention to him when he was with a date, wouldn't date him until he proved himself to be genuinely interested by extending all his phone numbers, and is now combining the traditional roles of stay-at-home mother for their son, and running her jewelry business and charity endeavors from her laptop from home. You don't read about her gadding around New York socially like Ivana. For all his traveling, she is the rock at home. They both say they talk several times a day no matter where he is.
