Well, I thought about that but I felt it had to be done quickly. (I always do things hurriedly, lol) But, regardless, even if Hillary's campaign sees this - - I'd say that - - there is -no way possible that her or her campaign can come up with any pre-debate defense in regards to all this. I would think that there is simply no shield for Hillary's aggressive defense that can be put forth on this Thomas case. There is nothing here to debate or refute! Her time has come. She's just out of luck (finally! )
And besides, the court case did take place. She was there. She was Mr Thomas defense attorney. There was no other defense attorney provided to Mr Thomas, so she can't blame the outcome/plea bargain on a colleague. She did indeed get that plea bargain for Mr Thomas. He ended up with just two months in jail due to Hillary's diligent work on the case.
In addition, there is no defense for her laughing about it whatsoever. Her discussting laughter is on tape! Even the most sympathetic liberal for Hillary, would have to agree... that Hillary looks absolutely horrible in this matter, and I'll bet that even with some kind of defense/excuse her campaign can provide her prior to going into the debate, she's just flat out of luck this time!! It'll cost her votes and she and her campaign know it!
