While some onlookers joked that perhaps police might find new evidence in the rubble, the police officers on hand were there only to control traffic. Los Angeles Police Department spokesman Eduardo Sunes said police aren't concerned about the possibility of finding any new evidence. "What good would it be now?" Sunes said.

Just more proof that people who make a living off other people's taxes do not require intelligence or ethics for a long and rewarding career.

Think about this if Simpson was sitting on death row. It would warrant a stay and hearing of evidence. Think about the rules of evidence. Government spokespersons are paid big bucks to say things. It should be a sliding compensation scale based on quality, not quantity.
