Cruz didn't decimate anyone. He became a mini-Romney for 30 seconds. As usual. Cruz and Rubio have both become mini-Romneys and Cruz is too dumb to understand Romney will do this to HIM if he was actually successful at knocking Trump down.

In terms of "details" and "specifics" - a good leader does NOT micromanage. Very, very rarely are policy wonks good Presidents. Quite the opposite.
