Here is my take.
Romney, tonight’s debate all of it is a desperate attempt to get Trump to have a Howard Dean melt down moment or anything they can spin as one. They know only Trump can stop Trump. Watch Fox go full out tonight to try and “get” Trump.
All Trump needs to do is keep his cool, and strategically counter punch, like he did at the last debate, and today, and he wins.
They need Trump to make a mistake, he only needs to not lose.
I think you are right John. If so it’s a perfect example of why the GOP e is so incompetent. Anyone who knows Trump knows that he will only get stronger anytime anyone goes after him. And the dummies that do go after him will get a huge dose of whoopass they won’t soon forget.
My 84yo Dad is just a few days since heart surgery. One of the few times we have gotten him to talk much, he said this very thing.
