Ted’s an ignoramus on business matters. No matter what the tax system is, there will still be ways to cheat and there will need to be a collection, enforcement, audit, divisions, and all the necessary functions to determine if proper tax has been computed and submitted.
He’s just parroting the same old “postcard” silliness used by Governor Moonbeam back in 1992.
