Nobody cares anymore. It is all about electing the Prosperity President. He is the equivalent to Joel Osteen for marginal Christians. This forum once stood for conservative values. Now, it’s for the carnival barker. I’ll still check in here for daily breaking news but my days are numbered here as far as conversing with fellow travelers. Too hear the vitroil of some of the “conservative” posters now on this site concerning Cruz, et al, one would think he was at DU.

They think they are a majority because they are the loudest. Don’t give up on Free Republic.

Hey, never leave FR behind. There will be lots of pieces to pick up and our light must continue to shine. If Cruz doesn’t win the election he should stay in the Senate and fight for the constitution. That is what we must do too.

Our constitution was written for a moral people. Moral people will someday be the remnant that God blesses with the establishment of His Son’s kingdom. Overcome and remember that God is not flexible. God has not changed. He was, and is, and is to come.

Semper Fi!

Sad but true. He is like a tent revival preacher ... without the looks or polish of Joel Osteen.

It’s an odd thing about this Trump deal.

I’ve tried to understand it.

I think there was an instant liking for Trump because we all hate the media and he trashed them.

And we were saying, Go, Trump,...

But as the sane among us learned more about Trump, we quickly moved away from him.

The people who were too invested in this odd man to move away or question him became more and more little trumps.

They took on aspects of his own personality and morality.

They sacrificed their own brains and virtues to side with Trump about everything.

AN example: Trump gives an interview to the NY Times ... supposedly off the record.

Leaks come out that Trump says, pay no attention to the man behind the curtain, I really don’t intend to do any of that stuff ... that was just to get votes.

Do the little trumps express any concern or curiosity about this interview.

No, they do not.

They scream out curses about how sorry the NY Times is.

So ... yeah, it’s scary around here.

Hey, I held my peace until the paid cruzbots ran wild in the FR streets.

That's when I loaded up the quad 50.

I think in the future the various factions need to recognize their OWN "dubious" contributors, and put the muscle to them.

I respect the normal Cruz people, but the paidbots and the crazies don't get any quarter from me.

Check my posting history if you don't believe me.

Of course, you'll have wade through a lot of spent 50 cal belts & shell casings... :)
