If Trump is denied the nomination by last-minute shenanigans that steal delegates won by him, he will run 3rd party and make sure “Little Rubio” (since he is sure to be the beneficiary of establishment manipulation) is also denied.

And if they manage to pull enough shenanigans and PO Trump enough he might go a step farther and ask his supporters to not vote Republican at ANY level in 2016....
