Because the office cafeteria served three choices: Quesadillas, Enchiladas, and Burritos.

I had to settle for a Burrito, and then was forced to watch Willard’s speech while I was eating it.

But the Mexican food we love is really Tex-Mex.

Real Mexican .. not so much.
