TRUMP: -snip- Hillary Clinton I think is a terrific woman. I am biased because I have known her for years. I live in New York. She lives in New York. I really like her and her husband both a lot. I think she really works hard. And I think, again, she's given an agenda, it is not all of her, but I think she really works hard and I think she does a good job. I like her.
-snip-
TRUMP: I just like her. I like her husband. Her husband made a speech on Monday and was very well received. He is -- he is a really good guy, and she's a really good person and woman.
-snip-
GVS: -snip- if Mitt Romney is the nominee. Who should he look forward to as a vice president.
-snip-
TRUMP: I think Chris Christie is a terrific guy. I think Senator Rubio would be very good. Florida is very important, a total swing state. I really think he could win Florida anyway because they are not happy with Obama, but I think Senator Rubio would be very good. -snip- And of course his number one choice would be Donald Trump, but I am only kidding.
GVS: Would you take it?
TRUMP: No, I don't think so.
-snip-
GVS: Last night on Jay Leno, he asked Governor Romney for one-word description of names he threw out. One name was Donald Trump. And he said, "Huge."
-snip-
TRUMP: I think he meant it in a positive way. I'm a fan. I think he's a terrific man. I don't think he's quite understood, to be honest. I think that people don't understand how good he is. He's an excellent guy. He's solid as a rock. And that's what this country needs. He has great business insight.

Trump said Jeb was a good guy as well the other day. Do people seriously believe he mean it?
Romney is a retread loser.
Retreaded politicians and retreaded tires give you about the same reliability.
Nice try though.
These are things he said years ago.
Of course Trump has the privilege others do not get, which is to change his opinion of people and on subject matters from one day to the next, or even in the same day, and his supporters just accept it.
I support Cruz because he has a consistent track record as a conservative. I am not anti-Trump. I just think there is not way of knowing how he will govern on ANY issue.
Those who support Trump unquestionably are like Pelosi saying we have to vote for a bill so we can find out what is in it, or like Bush saying he had to abandon free markets to save them. Flawed logic.
If you are going to support Trump as a conservative, you should at least be prepared to let him know when his positions are disappointing you. This attitude that Trump is infallible, and constantly defending his indefensible statements is not doing him, this nation, or the Republican party any favors.
