Donald Trump's yuge Super Tuesday win means that the Republican Smart Set have decided to unleash the big guns. The conversation went something like this:
Establishment Genius #1: "We need someone with real grassroots bona fides, a true winner, to come off the bench and clock this Trump fellow."
Establishment Genius #2: "Yes, yes, you speak wisely, good sir. Let me consider the possibilities. (Pauses) How about...Mitt Romney?"
The stupid Mormon Romney is going to run his mouth now after Trump won 45% of Nevada.

every elite in Washington DC,
FoxNews,
CNN,
MSNBC,
the Weekly Standard
or any of the hundreds of SuperPacs pushing for more goverment graft for their chosen rip-off benefactors..

Total insanity! If they succeed in destroying Trump they will be finished as a party. I know I will never vote or support another Republican, nationally or locally. I will not vote or go third party. This from someone whose first complete sentence was “I like Ike”.
GOPe does not understand they are hated out here. Many believe everything the establishment advocates for is wrong for the party and for the country. If they wanted to defeat Trump, the GOPe would simply champion his candidacy and defend him vigorously. The enemies of GOPe would see Trump as an insider and be more willing to embrace the other outsider.
Sucks the oxygen away from Marco and Ted and John once again, as the media focuses on a cage fight.
You succeeded in getting me out in 38 degree weather and scraping the Mitt sticker off my old Villager. “W” underneath will have to do considering there was no way in h#ll I was going to pull the handle for a TRAITOR! And I am one of the millions who did vote for Mitt holding my nose.

This is going to be interesting to say the least. I’m thinking that Trump is going to verbally skewer him. Mittens literally had the 2012 election handed to him on a silver platter, and he effin’ blew it, giving that POS obama another four years to continue running the US into the ground.
The GOPe is getting desperate, especially if they have to resort to dragging out also rans like mittens.

I have the answer for you. The GOO leadership is just freaking dumb. They’ve lost so many elections that they should’ve won it’s ridiculous. It’s either criminal mischief or incredible stupidity. Knowing the GOP it’s probably both.

Brokered convention? Do they REALLY want to see how PO’d the natives are. The thing about Trump is that he doesn’t NEED the job and he may not be beholden to any special interest groups or owe any favors. Time will tell. As for mittens, I hear the olympics south of the equator are in trouble.
I saw Sen, Norm Coleman on the Varney show, this AM and what a joke. He said, no way he would vote for Trump but would vote for a republican conservative running on a third party ticket! GOPee talking point for today.
