GOPe hates Cruz much more than Trump. Trump will “deal” with them and the Dems. Cruz will lead ONLY from his principles. He is not “malleable”.
This was always my criticism of Romney. He sat silent all during the "fight of the century" over Obamacare. He sat, prepared his position papers, and waited by the phone for GOP to crown him as their nominee.
He did not lead, he did not fight, not on anything. As I say, leaders lead and fighters fight. He didn't do either one.
