The only hope is return to God and Christ.
And to remember how the bible advised to promote it.
Our country’s new sinful frankness may be the door through which the Savior can meaningfully minister. Selling Christ to “Christianized” America was sort of like selling ice to Eskimos. They didn’t need it, or at least thought they didn’t need it.
I guarantee you a "return to God and Christ" would be rejected by a majority of those calling for it.
Oh, not overt rejection, to be sure.
Nonetheless, rejection, it would be.
