The GOPe is adopting the tactics of the Left in an all-out effort to smear and destroy Donald Trump.
And Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz seem content to go along with it, as long as it might benefit them.
Ted Cruz, if he's really against the Establishment so much, should be speaking out against the Yellow Journalism that's occurring, but instead he seems to be dabbling in it himself.
For example, for either Rubio or Cruz to try to make hay out of this ridiculous David Duke fiasco shows just how desperate they both are. And it also shows a lack of principles and character.
If Cruz keeps imitating the smear tactics of the Establishment, I'm done with him, whether he wins the nomination or not. The GOP, William Kristol, Marco Rubio, Linda Graham and their ilk can all go straight to Hell if they're going to personally destroy Donald Trump.
And if Ted Cruz jumps into the slime with them, then he can go to Hell too.
The attacks have become just ridiculous and hysterical; they long ago exceeded anything supposedly "nasty" which Trump has engaged in.
I predict that GOP voters are going to continuing issuing slapdowns to the elitist would-be gatekeepers in the coming days and weeks, and they will grow more and more intense.
If the Establishment thinks the voters are furious now, they haven't seen anything yet. Just wait to see what happens now that the GOPe is going all out to destroy its party's own frontrunner. It's just breathtaking to behold.
