I think a lot of people felt a rush of affection for Trump when he first started. We loved him letting the media have it between the eyes.

If I hadn’t been a Texan and a Cruz lover, I would have been for Trump way back then.

But all those people who flocked to him early on have had every chance to learn what the guy is really all about.

It’s revealed constantly. I don’t get it.

Very well put.

I’m baffled and confused by the ferocity of the support for him.

But I’m equally furious with the Bill Kristol or Lindsey Graham types too. Damned superior, smug, holier-than-thou talkers. They don’t know America.

Two reasons.

They like what he does to the Jebs and GOPe and they like how he hits the media. They like that so much they think he is the guy with the balls to set things right.

They don't deal with guys of his type very often. I was in construction. Lots of construction. I don't know Trump first hand, but I know guys that do. I have dealt with a few of his type. They are a law unto themselves.

Might he turn out okay for a term? I truly hope so because he may well get the nomination on the first ballot. I won't vote for him in the Primary.
