I keep telling you folks and telling you folks....6-8 ounces of V-8 or tomato juice with TWENTY drops of Tobasco and a lemon squeeze, 3 times a day (Vodka optional) and you will do great!!AND CHicken broth with LOADS of onion and garlic.
