Well.....I don’t know if you have the ability to put that bit of knowledge regarding the dinner meeting into perspective, but at least you could tell me where the quid pro quo is.

I recall the time period well, and the Gang of eight was doing everything that could to obtain more support.

Why would he even meet with such slugs? They never compromise. They were attempting to get Rush to come around to their way of thinking. Why would Rush spend thousands of dollars to go to NY to meet with such people?

I cannot show you the possibility of a negative, i.e. Rush simply spoke less about AMNESTY on his show. Wasn't this one of the things they wanted, i.e. "don't trash AMNESTY on your show?"

We will never know but the fact that he went to that meeting stinks to high heaven (at least for me).
