I agree with you. I will not vote for a GOP-E candidate for president, and probably not for VP either. I will vote for the Democrat. Suicide *should* be quick instead of lingering agony.

If the party is going to ignore it's own voters, maybe it's time for it to fold.
Adversaries that respect their opponents kill them quickly. Those they do not respect they make suffer. Obviously the GOPe has wanted us to suffer for a long time. We are the selfs that allow the GOPe to eat cake.
