Now that the closed Primary states are up you and the rest of the pure hearts will vote for the god king St Ted of Texas assuring him the Nomination without any of those nasty infidel independents or Reagan Democrats messing up your purist utopia.
And then with that same “purity uber alles” dogmas you will lose the General Election badly trying to run with a fraction of your poltical base as your only support allowed.
National Election are not won solely by winning the votes of the choir.
Only problem with your blather is....Trump’s unfavorability rating proves that he will never EVER beat Hillary in the GE. Yet, you guys are championing him anyway. Why is that, I wonder (rhetorical question, since I think I already know the answer).
If Trump wins the nomination, once more....the fix will be in to destroy the right’s chance of gaining the WH. And you guys will no doubt be very proud of your accomplishments towards that aim...right?
Oh...and as for your term “the god king St. Ted”....that little bit of snark more aptly fits the way Trump fans idolize The Donald than Cruz fans re: Cruz....since nothing ever dents your polished image of Trump...and unlike Trump, Cruz has a SOLID RECORD of fighting against the GOPe RINOs. But no...no amount of Trump’s own words, Trump lies, insults, attacking conservatives, attacking Bush or his public threats, inciting violence and vulgarity bothers you. Again...I think I know why that is.
