Shocking, I know. Then there's always loretta lynch's prosecutorial discretion to take in to account. Pretty sure her mind is already made up on this. You know, in the best interest of the country, we will not proceed with any criminal charges. Skate wheels are finely tuned and lubed.

Gee, too bad this story will be in the press and public awareness all the way to election day...

And if the bilious pant-suited fraud wins the WH? Will it pardon itself? If the much ballyhooed DJT wins, will he pardon his good friend?
If the former happens, it is to be expected, but if the later happens and DJT “for the good of the country” pardons it, what will the Trumpeters say then?

Great. Trump's already saying "she should be in jail". It'll be awesome if he can say "it's been 7 months and the state department sill can't clear her of being a security risk. And if she gets elected we'll never know if we have a criminal in the white house because there's no way she'll prosecute herself".
To: rktman
The agency is still working to determine whether the information in the former secretary of state’s emails was classified when the messages were originated.???
I would think that EVERYTHING that goes through the Secretary of State would automatically be deemed Classified.

Doesn’t the FBI have enough to bring charges against her NOW? Sheesh.

If it were a Republican the State Dept would have it done in 15 minutes flat.

The State Dept shouldn’t be in charge of investigating itself.

LOL. You have a serious case of TDS. It takes a sick person to interject Trump into this story. See a psychiatrist ASAP before you hurt yourself.

Time has probably run out on any Obama Plan to pick his successor by whacking Hillary with an indictment. There were always only two choices: Indict or Don't Indict. He picked the later.
Trump or Cruz will have to answer the question: Will you indict Hillary Clinton if elected. Both I believe will answer YES or some variation of YES. Rubio? I doubt it. He will waffle. The GOPe will waffle. The MSM will avoid the issue like the plague. What a system.

Well, if it were you or me, the trial would already be over and we’d be cooling our heels for about 20.

They will delay past the election and then Obama will pardon her. I hope the FBI has a few extra files to release.

If Trump wins the election he says he’s going to make sure she is indicted. I think he will even try to get her indicted when he is running LOL

In Germany, I saw a couple of platoon leaders' careers end when they lost their CEOI, a confidential document, in the field. It always put the fear of God in me when I was in the field. I was constantly checking the chain around me neck to make sure it wasn't broken, and that the CEOI was safely inside my fatigue shirt (not jacket).
CEOI stands for Communications/Electronics Operating Instructions...call signs, frequencies, etc.

Hillary Clinton is, beyond a reasonable doubt, guilty of espionage against American citizens.
Anyone assisting her now is guilty of accessory to that crime.
I don’t mind if they open up a State Department Wing at the penitentiary.

What, they are too busy? The task is too difficult? It is not like we are asking them to clean the Aegean Stables.
Hey, We will help you. This is an issue critical to our national security and integrity.
