Republican presidential frontrunner Donald Trump plans to stump in Fayetteville next week.
His campaign has booked the Crown Coliseum for a public rally scheduled for Wednesday, March 9, according to Jim Grafstrom, general manager of Spectra Venue Management, which runs the Crown Coliseum complex off U.S. 301.
Trump is the first 2016 presidential candidate — Republican or Democrat — to announce a campaign rally in Fayetteville, the state’s sixth-largest city and home to Fort Bragg.
The Crown Coliseum issued a media advisory Tuesday afternoon that the doors will open at 5 p.m. for the Donald J. Trump Presidential Rally.
