Winning 3 states where you have to split delegates, does not make a win for the general nomination. but, congrats to Cruz.

Texans have been fighting against government oppression since our beginning.

Tomorrow is the 190th anniversary of Texas Independence. Patriots gathered at Washington-on-the-Brazos to sign the declaration that Texas was an independent state on March 2, 1836.

Meanwhile, in San Antonio, freedom fighters inside the Alamo were surrounded by the brutal army of Santa Ana.

Their perseverance and sacrifice held the Mexican army in San Antonio until March 6, giving Sam Houston time to muster Texian forces near Houston, where they would capture Santa Ana and win independence 6 weeks later.

Texans honored their heritage well today.
