Cruz winning OK is not going to change anything over the long term.

The delegate count will move very little. The actual end result will be that Mr. Trump will benefit from both Rubio and Cruz staying in the race longer than they should.

Winning 3 states where you have to split delegates, does not make a win for the general nomination. but, congrats to Cruz.

Whoever wins, it is going to be important for the base to rally behind him.

I still really hope it is Cruz, but if not, I will support Trump wholeheartedly.

Will you support Cruz if the outcome is reversed?

Cruz shilled for and helped pass the 2 worst laws ever TPA TPP and the Corker bill. Cruz’s rich globalist donors do not want to build the wall nor stop the influx of 3rd world socialist immigrants into the USA that will be the death of the USA. I don’t trust Cruz and never will.

All had quit by the time of the delayed TX primary in 2012 but Romney and Paul. I voted for the withdrawn Santorum.

I think there’s still a lot of us here who are for Trump and Cruz. So this is good news. So far, our top two choices have won every state!

Congrats to Cruz. I still think he’s liable to turn out a GOPe stealth candidate, and I still hate his sleazy campaign manager, BUT, I do like him better than Rubio.

Trump is running away with it though. I don’t see a path to victory for Cruz and Rubio, and I worry about the effects of all the non-Trump delegates combined at the convention, and how the GOPe will rig things to usurp the will of the people.

Texans have been fighting against government oppression since our beginning.

Tomorrow is the 190th anniversary of Texas Independence. Patriots gathered at Washington-on-the-Brazos to sign the declaration that Texas was an independent state on March 2, 1836.

Meanwhile, in San Antonio, freedom fighters inside the Alamo were surrounded by the brutal army of Santa Ana.

Their perseverance and sacrifice held the Mexican army in San Antonio until March 6, giving Sam Houston time to muster Texian forces near Houston, where they would capture Santa Ana and win independence 6 weeks later.

Texans honored their heritage well today.

Please don’t flatter the Cruz supporters. Many of them on FR are guilty of spreading 1/2 truth, out right lies and distortion of Mr Trump’s positions. They refuse to consider the explanations that Donald Trump has given for some of his actions and position changes. When we try to state calmy, logically and rationally why we support Donald Trump and call attention to the problematic statements we are called Trumpanzees.

It has been my experience that the viciousness of Cruz supporters is far more virulent than that exhibited by Trump supporters. As evidence I would submit the number of Cruz supporters here who openly state that they will not vote for Trump for any reason.

I think Senator Cruz is probably the second choice of most Trump supporters and yet are CONSTANTLY insulted, vilified and verbally spat upon by those that support Senator Cruz. I’ve never called a Cruz supporter an ape.
