RUSH: Here's Sally in Columbus. She's been waiting awhile. I appreciate that. And how are you?
CALLER: Fine. How are you, Rush?
RUSH: Very well. Thank you very much.
CALLER: Thanks for taking my call. Just as a... You know, you have always led us conservatives through some pretty dark times. And there were few places to turn. You never let us down. You always gave us perspective and truth. So I just kind of wanted to say that. But to get to my point, you know, last week you were discussing Trump and the way he talked about "we have to get rid of the lines around the state" during the debate. Well, I have a different take on that. Not only did he say it that way -- and you suggested it was because of his advisors that were kind of, you know, doing a tutorial for him for interstate insurance commerce.
And then also, the thing that bothers me is that when he comments regarding his and the Democrats touchback program -- which is theoretically what it is when he said we're going to do: Send them back and let the good ones back in -- you know, Trump isn't this inarticulate. I think he does it to dumb down his speech. I think he does it to mislead and not have to give explanations. And it keeps his comments kind of on the remedial side. And that's how I look at this. I know it's different from what you think, but it's how I feel. I think he's talking to a base that he doesn't have a lot of confidence in.

First term in the $inate Sleezy lawyers like Obama, Rubot and Cruz should be ignored until they actually accomplish something.
Trump and the Republican base that supports him are solely responsible for taking down Jeb Bush.
No one else can take the credit.
Looks like Trump and the Republican base are a lot smarter than the GOPe.
Yesterday I changed my car’s radio pre-sets, no more Rush Rino for me..
When it comes to politics Rush has always been in over his head. He’s great on the culture war stuff but as a political prognosticator, strategist and analyst he’s a piker. Always has been. And I’m not saying that because he’s not overtly pro Trump. He’s not anti-Trump either...although I would guess Trump’s way down on his list.
Sally in Columbus, you’re part of a base I don’t have much confidence in.
Limbaugh thinks his listeners are stupid. And Rush Is Always Right.
It is lot more true than: “If you like your health care, you can keep it”...
OR
“The Ambassador and three other Americans died because of a spontaneous protest due a anti-muslim video...
p.s. Trump EXPLAINED the details where Mexico will pay while we offset the annual 45 billion dollar trade deficit from Mexico. But keep ignoring this tiny detail... The wall will cost 10 to 15 billion TOPS!! Trump Change!! P
I don’t want to embarrass you on the difference between “citizen” and foreign born citizen in Article II. So, I won’t
Good luck.
You’d only embarrass yourself, just like the way you are supporting Trump is an embarrassment.
And its even come out that Rush was playing nice with the Rubio/ Graham / Schumer group.
That should have been announced the day of the meeting. Rush kept it quiet. Why? Was he afraid it would hurt him? Was he afraid that it would show him for the fraud that he is? Meeting with Schumer concerning anything is reason to turn him off. Unfortunately I can’t do that. I hardly listen to him as it is.
If Trump wasn’t a Candidate, Jeb! would be the frontrunner and Cruz would have buried by the GOPe and would have been out of the running by now.
I was a Cruzer until a couple of days ago but I’m seeing the writing on the Wall. Now I’m an anybody but the DemoncRat in the General Election kind of guy.
I put it exactly on the same line with .... “If you like your health care you can keep it....”
Man, some of you people have a really thin skin.
You appear to have taken what I said as a shot at Donald Trump.
Either that, or you’re willfully obtuse.
Either way, the problem in this election is not Donald Trump. Rather, the problem is that Hillary is running for president rather than sitting in jail.
By the way, the idea the GOPe would be in bed with MSM is a laugh. The GOPe always falls for whatever RINO MSM suggests should run, and then acts surprised when MSM endorses the other candidate. The MSM buddies up to the GOPe candidate until the primaries are over then turns on them.

Why do you say that? You haven’t pointed out a “rumor” he started. Are you going to do that or just look silly?
You never let us down... Exept when shilling for Cruz or RUBEio!
That image is just as entertaining and insightful as it was when you posted it on the first page.
Thanks for wasting over a megabyte of everyone’s bandwidth.
Of course you would...
