Cruz won’t win Utah. I think the Mormon vote would likely go to Rubio. Idaho is very conservative but its not does not have the fundamentalist population that Cruz decided to focus his campaign on.
Last poster said Cruz could not win any state out west.

I would think Oregon and WA would be too moderate for Cruz.
