I do not remember Cruz promising to give Obama more power by abrogating the treaty clause of the constitution when he ran for the Senate but he did do it. Twice. He also wanted to increase legal immigration and expand H1B visas 5x until Trump being in the race forced him to change. I expect stuff like this from Cornyn, not Cruz. I call those things a betrayal, but if you are good with them, more power to you.

Funny thing about that interview that I saw parts of. He seemed to clearly hear every other question, Including the one regarding David Duke. Because he repeated the name.

You can ask an immigration lawyer what this means, but it seems right to me. What ever we are doing now for legal entrants will apply. Does this make sense?
