If that’s your take. My take is that if Trump doesn’t win the nomination on the first ballot, Cruz will find himself THROWN OUT ON HIS ASS at the convention, as the GOPe installs Romney, Jeb, or Linda, ONCE AGAIN, to be our nominee.
When more than a few polls say that Trump would lose head to head against HRC that tells me that Trump isn’t all that you think he is.
Cruz Vs HRC. Cruz wins.
But since the GOPe hates both Trump and Cruz, you may be right. And that would be the death knell of the republic.
