Coconut oil? I use that buy the gallon, but haven’t tried it as a sub, for cream, in coffee.
I’ve tried the butter, as in bullet proof coffee, but it’s just not as....um.....comforting and delicious...as ½&½ or cream.
I’m not supposed to have dairy, but I just cannot give up my half and half in my coffee either!
I only have one cup in the morning (two, every now and then), but I just can’t stand it without the yummy cream.
Then there’s butter....mmmmmmmm.
