Cleveland Clinic has a program to wean migraine sufferers off meds. My step MIL went through the program and it worked. I’m sure other hospitals do this as well.
Google “Pantothenic Acid migraine”. I take two when I realize there’s a bad headache on its way. Works for me. Also works on poison ivy. It has something to do with histamine I think.
