If there is one thing that I revel at it is the discomfiture of that incompetent class of individuals. The common theme among Trump supporters is that they are fed up with the betrayal by incompetent sell-out crony con artists. Only a pusillanimous soul would try to look for a deeper meaning than that.
As a general rule, people with psychological issues rarely know that they have one, much less admit it.
The term I used (hysteria) is the rather broad oft used one that seems to fit most cases where the behavior is excused by irrationality.

Well.....ok......if you do that, then I can say that no decision I have witnessed that is taken while angry has even proved to have any validity. In fact it can be very damaging.
