I don’t know which groups you are talking about specifically and would not want you to read anything into my statement, but I would tell you this and feel confident standing on this statement. I believe all men were created equal and given certain unalienable rights. I believe that our Father in Heaven loves each of us equally and we’re commanded to do the same. I would not support any group that seeks to elevate one race above the other, whether white, black, Asian or whatever. I am familiar with David Duke and the Ku Klux Klan and based on what I know, I would never have anything to do with him or that organization. I’m confident they go against my core beliefs that God created all of us equally and loves all of us the same.
Did we used to argue on the same side during the Freeper Calvin wars years ago? Maybe I’m wrong, but I think I remember you there. I was on the “whosoever will may come” side.
In any case, I don’t really have problems with too many freepers. I think the are fair and insightful with rare exceptions. We get to elections and some go off the deep end, but pretty much only during that election.
Trump disavowed Duke back in August. I understand he even disavowed Duke the day before that interview.
He says he was focused on the other groups part of the question, and he says he had a bad earpiece from the network, so he was not catching the entire question. He also says that he doesn’t know Duke, that he’s never met him, never tried to meet him.
And he’s disavowed Duke again. So that’s at least 3 times during his campaign that he’s disavowed Duke.
