I am disappointed that Sessions and Palin endorsed Trump.
I am not surprised Christie endorsed Trump— perfect match.
Palin and Sessions have been beaten so often they want to make compromises to be on the winning team.
I don’t think Sessions and Palin hate Cruz the way Trump and his supporters do.
I think they fear he cannot win.
Given the years of RINO analysis that has poured forth here at FR it is incredible to me that somehow no one is supposed to say that about Trump.
Trump reminds me much more of Perot or Jesse Ventura than Reagan or any other conservative politician.
You do realize that Sen Sessions has never before endorsed anyone for president.

Trump is the first candidate since Reagan to run on an America first platform. The definition of conservative has been so twisted that it really doesn’t mean the same as it did in the time of Reagan. Reagan got union endorsements, freely used tariffs and solidified Social Security - today, Reagan would have been branded a socialist in this forum. Today a conservative is supposed to thump the Bible, give lip service to budget cuts, be for open borders with cheap labor and lie about free trade while shipping jobs overseas. And that’s Ted Cruz the ‘true conservative of today’.
