I don’t think he cheated. He is welcome to apologize if he thinks he did.
I am not running his campaign.
He said the words, “I apologize”, but I wouldn’t let any kid of mine get away with only saying “sorry” in an attempt at avoiding repercussions for bad behavior.
A true apology admits the wrong done, and accepts/admits responsibility for harm done.
None of the aforementioned was heard.
I would not accept that childishness from who vaunts his own speaking “ability”.
