TPA guarantees the passing of TPP as it lowers the threshold and Senate's ability to check obama. but Cruz campaigned for this ,for TPA. so he's no constitutionalist as a real constitutionalists would not even consider this TPA . .Cruz is liar, a con man . TPA does not guarantee TPP, it can’t guarantee it one way or the other, or any other trade deals, for that matter.
It simply is not the case, no matter how hard you try and make the link.
