Wow... I have huge respect for Sessions...
If this is true...I might need to re-evaluate Trump...

Sessions knows the real deal on what went on in the Senate. His rejection of Cruz and endorsement of Trump speaks volumes. He simply doesn’t trust Cruz, IMO.

Or maybe he's just learned to trust Trump more.

From this article: https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/post-politics/wp/2016/02/28/in-major-blow-to-ted-cruz-sen-jeff-sessions-of-alabama-endorses-donald-trump-for-gop-nomination/

"Stephen Miller, who had been a top aide to Sessions, signed on with Trump’s campaign in January as a senior adviser and has been traveling with the candidate to recent debates. His hire was considered the best evidence of where Sessions was leaning, as Miller had been a continual presence at Sessions’s side for years."

I'll bet that as much as he was an advisor to Trump, he was there to observe Trump so he could report back to Sessions whether he should support Trump, or condemn him as a fake.

By today's endorsement, it looks like Sessions was satisfied with what he heard back from his own guy that was working closely with Trump.
