Well the KKK is and always has been the Demonrat Party, and they are the dominant party in California. So it is very likely,but my money says it was Government Agents trying to start a race war again.
I actually heard about the Klan when I was living in CA. Democrats like nice weather too. That’s why the state is fraught with degenerates, serial killers, corrupt politicians, etc.
