For what its worth, Tim Phares (TBP) is the press director of the organization that released this "article". So, you can deduce his motives for posting it and if you do a search on him, you'll notice that everthing posted by him and his organization is based on an obvious "cookie cutter" formula - repeat the same stuff over and over again, change a few odd things and you have a new press release.
